PURPOSE: A direct transaction automatic transposition message service system coupling an ARS telephone system and a network, and a method thereof are provided to report only related information to a provider and a customer by settling the kinds of goods and services, and a position where the goods or services exist, and standardizing payable price and requested price. CONSTITUTION: An information standardization part(110) standardizes information input from a user through a general telephone or a mobile communication unit. A control part(120) analyzes the item desired of the user for searching information needed by the user and controlling input information. An information storing part(130) classifies and stores information requested by the control part(120), and stores information necessary for the user. An information transmitting part(140) receives requested information of the user from the control part(130) for transmitting requested information to the user.
