The pressure is produced in a pressure can which is closed all round except for the pressure relief bore, by axially and/or radially deforming the pressure can preferably by the required force being the mass force of a vibrating mass so that the can and its fluid content acts as a part of the spring required for vibration so as to become a swing can. The inside cylinder chamber is sealed from the outside by two plates (3, 4) tensioned by a central vertical bolt (2).
