PURPOSE: A semi-fixed variable condenser is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and prevent vibration and noise, while allowing capacitance to be precisely adjusted. CONSTITUTION: A semi-fixed variable condenser(10) comprises a stator(11) for mounting a terminal(35), a ceramic rotor(20), a tension ring(28), a rotor(24) and a spring terminal(30). The stator is formed of a liquid crystal polymer, and includes a cylinder(12) having a circular stepped portion(13) formed at the inner periphery of the cylinder, and an open top portion, wherein the cylinder has a pair of supports(14) formed integrally with the bottom of the cylinder. The terminal having a connection surface(37) and a terminal portion(36) are buried into a support surface of the stator, in such a manner that the connection surface is exposed from the support surface and the terminal portion is exposed to a space(19-1). The ceramic rotor having a fixed electrode(21) is inserted into the cylinder, and the tension ring and the rotor are sequentially mounted onto the ceramic rotor, wherein the rotor has an operating electrode(26) and a support protrusion(27) formed at the bottom surface of the rotor, and an adjust pin insertion portion(25) formed at the top surface of the rotor. The spring terminal having a spring portion(31) and a terminal portion(32) formed integrally with each other, is located in the circular stepped portion of the cylinder. The upper end of the cylinder exposed from the spring portion is bent inward by a thermal fusion so as to form a thermal fusion portion which presses the spring portion. |
