The synchromesh link has an elastic, rotationally symmetrical cardan joint-hollow body made of plastic reinforced by elongated fibers in crossed layers. The center plane of the U-shaped cross-section of the wall of the hollow body (2) is axially-vertical. The two axially facing ends of the cardan joint hollow body each have a flange for introducing or discharging force. The U-shaped course of the hollow body's wall is garland shaped with radially outward-pointing ends (11) and radially inward-pointing apex arcs (12).
