The system is preferably buried in clean sand (10 ), whereby rainwater and runoff water is directed to flow through the water permeable geotextile (9) through the perforated wall modules (8) and into the piping (4) where the thus filtered water can travel along the piping (4) to flow back through the walls of the piping (4) into the first available strata where the surrounding ground is not saturated.</p> |
