PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning reel capable of keeping the dynamic balance of rotation of a rotating frame, smoothing the rotation and improving the operating efficiency in the course of the exchange with a fish by additionally composing a simple mechanism to the rotation frame or the rotation system for the rotation frame. SOLUTION: This spinning reel is provided with a first balancing means and a second balancing means for respectively keeping the balance in two rotation planes separated at a prescribed distance in the direction of the rotational shaft center of the rotation frame 4 and obtained by deviating a first and a second supporting arms 4A for supporting a bail 7 from the rotation shaft center, installing the first and second supporting arms 4A, providing a balancer 26S on the front side of the rotation frame 4 and composing the first balancing means. The dynamic balance of rotation of the whole rotation frame 4 is kept with the first balancing means and the second balancing means to smooth the rotation of the rotation frame 4.
