PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bond issuing machine and an automatic cash dispensing machine of high operatability, capable of being continuously used without stopping the machine even in failure of components. SOLUTION: In a medium conveying path having plural sensors for checking the conveying of a medium, a failed sensor is separated when the failure of the sensor is detected, and a timing for feeding out a next medium to the conveying path is controlled to convey only a sheet of medium between two sensors in a good condition on the medium conveying path. Whereby the machine can be continuously used without stopping the same, the machine of high operatability can be realized, and the medium can be stably and surely conveyed.
