PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nestable rack which is good in stability when stacked, light-weighted, and excellent in durability. SOLUTION: The nestable rack can be vertically stacked when used as a rack, and it can receive another rack of the same structure inside when not in use. The rack comprises a loading floor X formed as a grid, front pillars 1, 1 and rear pillars 2, 2 formed to stand on the floor X, two upper vertical beams 7, 7 for coupling upper ends of the right and left front pillars 1, 1 with upper ends of the right and left rear pillars 2, 2 respectively, and one upper horizontal beam 6 for coupling between upper parts of the right and left rear pillars, wherein the beams are coupled with one another. A width W1 of a plane formed by internal sides of the front pillars 1, 1 and internal sides of the beams 7, 7 is larger than a lateral external width W3 of the floor X and an external width W2 between the rear pillars 2, 2. The front pillars, rear pillars, vertical beams and upper horizontal beam are desirably made of a hollow material having a circular or polygonal cross section.
