PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular structure which maintains its shape and does not give rise to a change in local hardness by a change in its diameter during a subsequent handling stage and assembling stage even when the structure is subjected to a heat treatment. SOLUTION: This tubular structure includes plural filaments composed of superelastic alloys which are woven into braiding 100 and are internally formed with passages. The filaments composed of the superelastic alloys contains a nickel-titanium alloy having about <12.0 mil max. nonaxial size and containing about 1.5 wt.% at least one alloy element selected from the group consisting of vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron and cobalt. |
