PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable oil supply utilizing a magnetic card even if an amount less than the unit amount of the oil selected by a user remains on the magnetic card. SOLUTION: When a card terminal 1 receives information, such that the remainder of the magnetic card is little as the result of the comparison of the remainder of the magnetic card with the unit amount of selected oil by a POS device 3 and the supply of oil is impossible, from the POS device, the card terminal sends out a sound guidance for accelerating the insertion of a credit card 5 and, when the credit card is inserted by the sending-out of the sound guidance, the card terminal 1 reads the data of the credit card to transmit the same to the POS device and the POS device transmits this data to a center 6 and it is judged whether the credit card is normal by the center and, when the credit card is judged to be normal, the supply of oil by a metering instrument 2 is enabled. After oil supply is completed, the charge of supplied oil is preferentially subtracted from the remainder of the magnetic card at first and the remaining oil charge is subtracted from the credit card.
