PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a wooden framework structural material with a through hole capable of forming a number of openings of a small area by simple working while suppressing cross section defect. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the wooden framework structural material 10 with the through hole wherein a plurality of side crossing through holes 16 sandwiched and formed by two faces 21, 21 parallel to the longitudinal axis direction X of a wooden square material 13 are formed comprises a process in which a crest face 20 and a trough face 21 parallel to the longitudinal axis direction X form a cross section face 19 two-divided along the longitudinal axis direction of the wooden square material 13 as an irregular face mutually continuing in the longitudinal axis direction X, and another process in which the wooden square material 13 is divided into a pair of division square materials 22, 23 by a cut face 19, slipped in the longitudinal axis direction X, each crest face 20 is contacted, joined and integrated. Each side crossing through hole 16 is sandwiched and formed by the trough face 21 opposite to each of a pair of the division square materials 22, 23.
