PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus for a metallic plate bar with protrusion which simultaneously allows one to manufacture a plurality of metallic plate bars having uniform thickness in the width direction and with protruding portion. SOLUTION: Along the axial direction on the circumferential surface of rolling shafts 11a, 11b, a protruding fabricated portion 2 having different diameters and a non-fabricated portion 3 are alternately formed, constituting a pair of fabricated roller 1a, 1b and concurrently the protruding fabricated portion 2 of one fabricated roller 1a and the non-fabricated portion 3 of the other fabricated roller 1b, and the non-fabricated portion 3 of one fabricated roller 1a and the protruding fabricated portion 2 of the other fabricated roller 1b are so opposed to each other and also each end surface 6 of the protruding fabricated portion 2 in the larger diameter side or each end surface 6 of non-fabricated portion 3 is so engaged with each other that both the fabricated rollers 1a, 1b are located with a predetermined clearance S and supporting rollers 21a, 21b to support as well as slide the circumferential surface of the non-fabricated portion 3 are placed respectively in the vertical direction up and down of the pair of fabricated rollers 1a, 1b.
