PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic exchanger provided with a sterilizing means of simple constitution capable of preventing substantial contamination and infection in connection and disconnection of a connector for peritoneal dialysis. SOLUTION: This automatic exchanger for peritoneal dialysis has a UV irradiation lamp arranged between a patient connector mounting section and a bag connector mounting section as a sterilizing means and irradiates the inside of the connector by inserting the UV irradiation lamp into the patient connector from its opening end in exchanging the bag.
