PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag device for a driver's seat having a small and slim external appearance. SOLUTION: This air bag device 1 for the driver's seat has a central part 2 arranged in the almost central vicinity of a steering wheel 100 and three spoke parts 3a to 3c continuing with the steering wheel 100 by extending from the central part 2. An air bag 10 folded up in an almost Y shape overlapping with the central part 2 and the spoke parts 3a to 3c is arranged so as to extend up to the respective spoke parts 3a to 3c from the central part 2. A module cover 4 extends up to the respective spoke parts 3a to 3c from the central part 2 to cover the air bag. The air bag 10 is distributed to the central part 2 and the respective spoke parts 3a to 3c so that the air bag device 1 for the driver's seat can be formed as a relatively small type. |
