PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject sauce capable of being preserved for a long period, and presenting such taste which is, whenever cooked at homes, similar to those of top-ranking specialty shops as many of Chinese noodle lovers expect, in view of the problem that conventional domestic use Chinese noodle sauce on the market cannot make delicious noodles, which is caused by the facts that Chinese noodle sauce of specialty shops with top-ranking taste, even if packed as it is in a bag to freeze, causes segregation phenomenon that the sauce freezes at first, and oil floats because of its light weight and freezes afterwards in a freezing process, and the seasoning and oil thus once segregated each other are not restorable even if heated again, the taste does not return to the good taste at the beginning of specialty shops, and thus the taste quality remarkably declines. SOLUTION: This Chinese noodle sauce is obtained by adding seasoned ingredients such as roasted pork fillet, minced meat, and dried Chinese bamboo to the Chinese noodle sauce, and closing a bowl quantity of the Chinese noodle sauce in a bag pack followed by freezing the resultant pack. |
