PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold which can form a magnetic field having an enough strength distribution in a sheet molding material layer and mold an anisotropically conductive sheet having conductive parts of a complex pattern with a small pitch and a desired insulating property between the conductive parts, a method for producing the mold, and a method for producing the anisotropically conductive sheet using the mold. SOLUTION: The mold in which a plurality of magnetic substance parts, which are separated from each other, are formed on a substrate made of a magnetic substance has a non-magnetic substance layer having through holes which is formed on the substrate and a lid material installed to close the through holes, and the magnetic substance parts are composed of magnetic substance particles packed in the space between the substrate and the lid material in the through holes.
