PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively simply structured disk storage case with which a disk can be stored in or taken out from the case without damaging its recorded face, etc. SOLUTION: This relates to a disk storage case 10 whose catching part formed on a part of the storage case fits in the center hole of a disk. The disk catching part comprises at least a disk mounting part 13 for mounting a disk, a disk holding part 14 for holding the disk, and a finger pushing part 15 for releasing the catch of the disk. The outer periphery of the disk catching part is formed with a plurality of slits.
