PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet with excellent water resistance, weatherability, heat resistance, wear resistance and stretchability and also with excellent tear resistance and penetration resistance. SOLUTION: In a waterproof sheet 1 wherein a silicone rubber is reinforced with a fiber, a reinforcing material 2 is impregnated with a resin layer 3 and a part where a part of the reinforcing material 2 is projected from the resin layer 3 is impregnated and coated with a silicone rubber layer 4.
