PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stamping die simultaneously forming an embossed pattern and a deep-jointed portion in a stroke, when stamping a metal siding having both of pattern and joint portions. SOLUTION: The stamping die is provided with a pair of upper and lower dies, wherein an upper die 3 is a die in which the embossed pattern 15 and the jointed portion 16 are formed, and a lower die 8 is provided with an embossed pattern giving portion formed by a rubber mold 10 and a spring 19, and an joint portion giving portion formed by a latticed mold 10. Thus, both of the embossed pattern and deep joint can be simultaneously formed by one stamping stroke.
