PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical instrument by which incisions made in abdomen become smaller in surgery for abdominal disorders, and a load born by a patient is much reduced. SOLUTION: A medical instrument 1 is inserted form a vagina, and a balloon 5 is inflated by including air in it from a tube 6 when the medical instrument 1 at the tip is reach cervix 17a. Then, a surgeon inserts an optical fiber from a hole 4a on a lid 3 of the instrument. The surgeon makes an incision on the cervix 17a using the medical instrument 1 at the tip as a base and an endoscope and forceps, which have been inserted from the abdomen, while observing around the area where the medical instrument 1 at the tip is located and keeps a channel between the outside of the body and the abdomen 18 with the medical instrument 1. Keeping the state, the surgeon inserts a pair of forceps from a hole 4b on the lid 3, and he/she treats an affected area with a pair of forceps 19 or forceps inserted from the abdomen while observing the affected area from a direction of arrow E. As a result, it's not necessary to make an incision to insert instruments into the abdomen, and an incision on the abdomen becomes smaller. |
