PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a valve mechanism in which air is exchanged with high response at the time of pressure variation from a very small pressure variation to a large pressure variation while preventing defective delivery of a content liquid or blowout thereof. SOLUTION: The valve mechanism comprises a valve seat 10 having a valve hole 15, a valve cover 11, and a viscous fluid 12 interposed between the valve seat 10 and the valve cover 11 wherein a part of the valve seat 10 and/or the valve cover 11 touching the viscous fluid 12 has a polarity part and a nonpolarity part contiguous to each other. |
