PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce water of garbage from the kitchen in a water draining-off basket provided on a sink as much as possible on the spot. SOLUTION: Cylindrical bodies 1, 3 having a spring therein and a plastic circular plate 4 bonded on its lower part are put into the water draining-off basket by compressing the spring to drain off water of garbage from the kitchen in the water draining-off basket due to pressing from above and by rotating the basket by gripping the cylindrical bodies.
