PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ballpoint pen tip, easy in working and capable of securing stabilized and good writing performance. SOLUTION: The ballpoint pen tip is manufactured by a method wherein an inner pipe 4, provided with grooves 5 formed continuously from the fore end surface 4a to the rear end surface 4b on the outer peripheral surface of the same, is inserted forcibly into an outer pipe 1 and a ball house 7 is formed, then, a ball 8 is pushed against the fore end surface 4a of the inner pipe 4 to form a ball seat and the tip end small port 1b of the outer pipe 1 is caulked inward to permit the pivoting of the ball 8. |
