PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure for an outer wall material capable of attaching the outer wall material by the same attaching parts even when the width size of a joint is different, absorbing a warp to properly holding the outer wall material even when the warp occurs in the width in attaching work, and absorbing size change and movement to surely hold outer wall material even when the size change and the movement occur on the outer wall material after attaching. SOLUTION: The attaching parts 3 are attached to a column 1 existing in the rear of a joint 6 so as to be projected in the joint 6, and are elastically butted againt the side face of the outer wall materials 2, 2 by spring elastic restoration force to hold the outer wall material.
