PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spandrel wall member which is inexpensive and excellent in workability and further, in durability and design. SOLUTION: Both longitudinal edges of the surface of a synthetic resin made panel body a are chamfered and slit grooves 2 are formed on the rear face to obtain the spandrel wall member A. Vegetable powder is added to the synthetic resin in some cases. Such a spandrel wall member is fixed to the lower side of a wall face B with an adhesive C and a tacker E.
