GALVANIZED STEEL SHEET AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a galvanized steel sheet excellent in plating adhesion and spot-weldability without executing a film surface reforming treatment. SOLUTION: When a hot-rolled steel sheet or a cold-rolled steel sheet to be plated is dipped into a plating bath containing molten zinc or zinc base alloy and 0.14 wt.%-0.30 wt.% Al, voids tend to exist in a Fe-Al alloy layer at the interface of the steel sheet/plated film. When the galvanized steel sheet is produced, the Fe-Al alloy layer formed in the plating bath is partially ground in the plating bath.
