PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a buckle is loosened according to an operation of a wearer or contacts with a constructed material during working to instantly loosen to cause a dangerous state when handling of an excessive length of the belt is not satisfactorily performed. SOLUTION: The excessive length of the belt is inserted into the rear side of the buckle before a belt sewing part, and overlapped with itself on the rear surface of a sewing part. Thus, the excessive length is prevented from being exposed to the outside.
