PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-assisted bicycle for realizing a mobile function at a walking speed with the simple constitution in the power-assisted bicycle having a driving motor for generating automotive output in response to mobile operation by a rider. SOLUTION: A pushed walk control part 211 is arranged for generating automotive power corresponding to a walking speed in the driving motor M in response to the mobile operation inputted from a mobile operation input means (a throttle lever). The pushed walk control part 211 generates the automotive power corresponding to the walking speed in the driving motor M when discriminating that the mobile operation by the throttle lever is in a nonriding state.
