PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disassemble and sort the board face of a waste board. SOLUTION: A mount base 3 horizontally fixing the board face W with planted nails N faced upward is formed, and the mount base 3 is reciprocatably provided with a nail pulling process part 4 and a surface treatment process part 5 disposed on the downstream side. The nail pulling process part 4 is arranged on the board face W on the mount base 3 so that a roll-like nail puller 10 can be rotated forward and reversely and reciprocated in the width direction of the board face W. A cutting tool 17 smoothing a decorative sheet layer M stuck on the board face 3 by scraping during the forward movement of the mount base 3 is installed on the surface treatment process part 5.
