PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dishwasher which prevents effectively a waterdrop from sticking to the dishes and also improves washing power. SOLUTION: The first softening device 17, with a water softening means 171 which softens water used to wash or rinse the dishes, and a reproductive means 172 which reproduces a function to soften water, is installed in the middle of a service water tube. Before going to a final rinsing process, a controlling circuit division 19 reproduces, with the aid of the reproductive means 172, the function to soften water of the water softening means 171 and at the final rinsing process, softens supply water by the water softening means 172, reproduced by the water softening function.
