PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a chicken type monoclonal antibody suitable for mass production by a genetic recombination method and to obtain a new plasmid vector therefore a new primer therefor and further a new chicken type monoclonal antibody. SOLUTION: This new method for producing a chicken type monoclonal antibody is characterized by using an expression vector comprising a gene encoding an scFv of the chicken type monoclonal antibody transduced thereinto in an expression vector comprising a gene encoding a chicken Cλ chain (L chain constant region) transduced thereinto in the method for producing the chicken type monoclonal antibody by the genetic recombination method. The chicken type monoclonal antibody is produced by the method. Furthermore, a new expression vector pCPDS is used when the chicken type monoclonal antibody is produced by the genetic recombination method and a new primer CLF1 is used therefor. The method for amplifying the gene using the primer is obtained.
