PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device capable of simplify a structure, reducing a weight and a size, and increasing a mountability on vehicle while providing an unequal torque distribution function, a differential limiting force adjustment function, and a sufficient differential limiting force. SOLUTION: This transfer device comprises an intermediate differential mechanism 41 distributing an engine drive force to a front wheel side and a rear wheel side at different output torques and a differential limiting mechanism 43 limiting the differential rotation of the intermediate differential mechanism 41 by an adjustable differential limiting force. The differential limiting mechanism 43 is disposed between the output members 49 and 51 of the intermediate differential mechanism 41.
