PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter bit exchange method and a cutter bit exchange device capable of easily exchanging a cutter bit from the inside of a boring machine. SOLUTION: In the exchange method of the cutter bit 9 provided to the boring machine body 1 including a cutter 4 provided forward of a partition wall 3 for partitioning the inside of a shield frame 2a in front and behind and a loading hole 12 formed so as to pass through a cutter frame 7 of the cutter 4 and put on the loading hole 12 from the side of the rear 7b of the cutter frame, a cylinder body 21 mounted to the partition wall 3 is slid to a longitudinal front side of the shield frame 2a, and after it is brought into contact with the rear 7b of the cutter frame so as to surround the loading hole 12, the cutter bit 9 loaded to the loading hole 12 at the inside of the cylinder body 21 is pulled out from the rear 7b of the cutter frame, at the same time, the loading hole 12 in front of the cutter bit 9 is closed before it is completely pulled out, and then, the cutter bit 9 is completely pulled out to exchange the cutter bit 9. |
