PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid thermal mat which additionally eliminates pain by well promoting the flow of blood and the flow of capillaries by the disorder of peripheral circulation. SOLUTION: This rapid thermal mat is formed by sealing a jelly-like aqueous solution 5 which is prepared by mixing particulates of various materials, such as materials 1 made from natural fruits (pine seeds, walnut seeds, etc.), materials 2 made by firing natural stones (shell stones, coral stones, etc.), and materials 3 formed by joining plants (agar, devil's tongue, starch, potato starch, etc.), with water 4 and is made into a jelly form after a heat treatment into the mat.
