PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rule processing device, an output control system, an information processing device, an output device, a rule processing method, and a memory medium, capable of facilitating judgment of a rule to be continued to the subsequent page from the rule in the present page, or judgment of a rule continuing from the former page from the rule of the present page. SOLUTION: In the case a CPU 1 of a host computer 3000 detects a rule data in output data, and judges that the rule cannot be provided within the effective printing area of an output paper by drawing the output data, it controls the device such that the kind of the line is changed from a solid line to a dotted line, a chain line, or the like, in the rule part from the printing is interrupted by the effective printing area by a predetermined length as well as the kind of the line is changed from a solid line to a dotted line, a chain line, or the like, in the continuation part to be outputted in the subsequent page after the interruption of the rule by a predetermined length.
