PURPOSE: A starting key control apparatus holding a starting state after taking off a key is provided for a key switch step of a key box to take off the key in a starting state. CONSTITUTION: A semi-accessory step is installed between a lock and off step and an accessory step in a starting key box. A key switch of the semi-accessory step continuously holds the starting state of an engine, even though the starting key is taken off. The starting key control apparatus continuously operates the hydraulic cylinder(80) which controls the hydraulic of a steering, a master cylinder(70) operating a brake shoe, and a release cylinder separating a clutch by force while the switch is selected.
