OUTERBOARD ENGINE OPERATING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To integrate the throttle operating section and the shift operating section by engaging the throttle operating section into a groove of a rotary member coupled rotatably with a steering wheel while engaging an exchange member coupled with shift cable with the steering wheel. CONSTITUTION:A rotary member 30 is coupled rotatably to the operating end 25 of a steering wheel 23. A spiral guide groove 31 is made in said member 30 to engage a coupling pin 33 fixed to the base section of a throttle cable 32 into the groove 31. A grip 35 is secured to the outercircumference of said member 30. An exchange member or a rolling shaft 40 is supported rollably at the intermediate section of said operating end 25 while the base end of the shift lever 39 is secured to the shaft 40. The base end of shift cable 44 is coupled through an intermediate lever to the rolling shaft 40.
