PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of uncolored exterior insulation and finishing coatings of 2-liquid type which are used with a colorant on the construction site to express colors unlike a conventional colored coatings. CONSTITUTION: The finishing coatings are prepared by the following steps: mixing 2.51wt.% of water with 0.10wt.% of retardant, 0.04wt.% of dispersant, 0.08wt.% of silicon-based defoamer, 0.06wt.% of preservative and 0.17wt.% of plasticizer; adding 19.27wt.% of pure acrylic emulsion resin, 5.24wt.% of CaCO3 and 5wt.% of methyl cellulose as a thickener; adding 66.20wt.% of dolomite and silica, then mixing for 15min.; adding NH4OH to adjust pH8-9 and 0.08wt.% of silicon-based antifoaming agent.
