PURPOSE: An apparatus for eliminating a noise of D-rate amplifier is provided to eliminate a noise generated in an automatic tuning of a broadcasting tuning part by performing on/off of the amplifier according to a tuning signal generated from the operation of a switch for tuning the broadcasting by a user. CONSTITUTION: An operational control apparatus of a D-rate amplifier is composed of a tuner(110), a broadcasting receiver(100) including a switch(120) for tuning the broadcasting, an apparatus for eliminating a noise of the D-rate amplifier(200) including a comparing unit(211), an inverter(220), and a flip-flop(230), a D-rate amplifier(300), and a speaker(SP). The tuner(110) of the broadcasting receiver(100) outputs the inputted broadcasting voice signal to the D-rate amplifier(300) and outputs the tuning signal generated by the switching operation of the switch(120) for tuning the broadcasting and the broadcasting voice signal reduced by tuning the broadcasting to the apparatus for eliminating a noise of the D-rate amplifier(200). The switch(120) for tuning the broadcasting checks whether the automatic broadcasting tuning switching is operated by a user or not, outputs the broadcasting tuning signal to the apparatus for eliminating a noise of the D-rate amplifier(200).
