PURPOSE: A full-color organic electroluminescence device is provided to increase permeability of a color transformation material by using a transparent inorganic material instead of a conventional polymer material, and to form a micro pattern by a photolithography process. CONSTITUTION: A full-color organic electroluminescence device has respective light emitting regions in a position where the first electrode strings and the second electrode strings vertically intersect each other. A color transformation material is formed in the respective light emitting regions, and the lateral surface of the color transformation material has an inclined angle which is greater than zero and smaller than 90. |
