COMPUTER TELEPHONY INTEGRATION SYSTEM CAPABLE OF INPUTTING DIRECTLY HANGUL FROM TELEPHONE

摘要

PURPOSE: A CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) system capable of inputting directly Hangul from a telephone is provided to input Hangul alphabets without Hangul key pads by arranging the Hangul alphabets in the number keys and the function keys of the telephone. CONSTITUTION: A CTI system receives directly key words of Hangul as a DTMF(Data Tone Multi Frequency) signal of a telephone, and provides a speech information service. A Hangul alphabet signal converting programs arranges appropriately Hangul alphabets in the number keys of the telephone. The key input value arranged in a plurality of alphabets is discriminated alternatively by the number of key pressing. Otherwise, an optimum key input value is discriminated automatically by a Hangul database. Therefore, the inputted signal by the numbers is converted to Hangul alphabets.
