PURPOSE: Provided is a ventilation cast wherein a sweat(shock) absorption layer is housed, which provides convenience in administration for an operator with inhibiting various skin adverse effects for patients. CONSTITUTION: The ventilation cast is composed of a ventilation cast(1), the sweat absorption layer(3) and a ventilation hole(2). The ventilation cast is characterized by dipping in water, squeezing strongly and contacting the sweat absorption layer with skin in administration. And in administrating, a part wherein the sweat absorption layer isn't adhered is stuck to the external side of an opposite cast to be fixed enough.
