PURPOSE: Provided is a combinational hair massage and promotion system which includes an acupressure needle to stimulate hair and adds moisture sprayed from a steam device to skin so that it prevents headache and depilatory process caused from stress or so on. CONSTITUTION: The combinational hair massage and promotion system comprises the parts of: a support plate(100) which includes a water tank(110); a steam device(120) which heats the water tank to generate steam; an automatic temperature adjuster(140) and a power supplier(130) which adjust the steam device; a prop(200) which is vertically placed at the support plate with forming passage(210); a skin cover(300) which adjusts angle freely by an angle adjuster(500) with wrapping skin; a wrinkle pipe(600) which connects the skin cover and passage of the prop; and a vibrator(700) which is placed inside the skin cover to give certain vibration for skin for massaging and reinforcing skin.
