PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile station management system that can group a detailed location of a person possessing a mobile station. SOLUTION: A center unit 1 is provided with a personal information table 11 that registers personal information, an area management table 12 that registers information of an area A, and a position register information table 13 linked with the tables 11, 12. A mobile station 1 makes a request to a nearby base station 2 to register position information at the operation start of the mobile station 1 or when the mobile station 1 moves to other area A, and the base station 2 receiving the request registers the position information of the mobile station 1 including base station information to the position registration information table 13 of the center unit 1, and the center unit 1 manages the information of the person possessing the mobile station 1 and its position by referencing the position information of the position register information table 13 through the link with the personal information of the personal information table 11 and the area information of the area management table 12.
