PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem in a conventional mobile communication device that an incoming sound is selected from only preliminarily registered patterns with respect to an originating subscriber announcing (incoming sound) function. SOLUTION: A sound signal conversion function is added to name register function for originating subscriber numbers to improve services, especially for visually handicapped persons on an extension of a conventional technique.
