The invention relates to the hydraulic motors and may be used in mechanical engineering, heat and electrical power engineering, agricultural and industrial complex, mills and oil-mills. The hydraulic motor consists of a vessel with liquid, called stator, into which is installed a rotor, of which shaft is fixed into bearing supports. The rotor axle is placed parallel to and flush level with the stator axle, the axle spacing depending on the motor power. The rotor is provided with a pair of circular cylinders, situated radially and diametrically opposite by twos, coupled with radial channels. Into the cylinders there are situated circular pistons, freely shipping therein, every two diametrically opposite pistons being rigidly coupled by rods. The pistons are situated in the radial channel of the rotor and freely slip therein. The piston crowns have a streamline form and are provided with bearings, freely slipping on the internal surface of the stator.Into the piston cups there are made grooves, into which there are situated oil-control rings, perceiving the compression force and infiltration of liquid. The rods coupling the pistons with each other transpierce the said pistons and are rigidly joined with the bearings. The internal cavities of the pistons are hollow, hermetically sealed, filled in with air or inert gas under standard atmospheric pressure and provided with stiffening ribs. The result consists in the considerable increase of the bending moments, rotational speed, efficiency and specific power of the motor.Claims: 23
|
