SOLUTION: A charging lever SOC, detected with a charging level detecting means is a power generation start value SOCsta or less, normal output power generation (P(G)=P1) is started (S14, S22) with a generator, this normal output power generation is continued until the power generation reaches the end value SOCend that is larger than the generation start value SCOsta, when the requested consumption power Pm of a running motor detected by a requested consumption power detecting means is a preset value Ph or higher (S20), the high output power generation (P(G)=P2) higher than the normal output power generation is executed, in place of the normal output power generation.
