PURPOSE: A device for cleaning an inkjet printer wiper is provided to improve cleaning efficiency of the wiper and to maintain cleaned state of a nozzle of a printer head through eliminating ink on a surface of the wiper. CONSTITUTION: A head cleaner having a wiper cleaning device is formed by a position frame(300), a wiper cleaner(340), a feed frame(400), and a wiper rotating roller(440). The position frame includes first and second guide grooves(310) on both sides while forming a rack gear(330) on an inner surface. The wiper cleaner is formed on the position frame. The wiper cleaner is contacted with a wiper(450) in elevated state of the feed frame for eliminating ink on the wiper. The feed frame forms first and second guide bosses(410,420) on both sides for being vertically transferred in the position frame. A head cap(430) of sealing a nozzle of a printer head is installed at an upper portion of the feed frame. A gear(442) engaged with the rack gear is attached on the wiper rotating roller. Moreover, the wiper is formed on an outer circumference of the wiper rotating roller.
