PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a common mode leakage current of a three-phase power converter. SOLUTION: A bypass circuit 3 composed of the Y-connection of series circuits of capacitors C and resistors R is connected to output sides of reactors L for suppressing a common mode current of a three-phase power converter 1, and the neutral N of the Y-connection is connected to the DC side of the three-phase power converter 1, to make the common mode current circulate in the converter 1. With this constitution, the common mode current applied to the load side of the converter 1 can be suppressed. |
