PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a trip command from being unnecessarily outputted even when an alternating-current signal is superposed on direct-current power supply. SOLUTION: A relay circuits 12 and 14 are placed in a power circuit connecting the positive power supply terminal P and the negative power supply terminal N of a battery 10 with a relay contact 16 that closes the circuit according to a trip signal from other devices positioned between the relay circuits. Diodes 12d and 14d for changing and discharging prevention are series connected with the trip relays 12b and 14b of the relay circuits 12 and 14 and large resistors 12f and 14f for discharging the capacitance to ground are parallel connected therewith. When an alternating-current signal is superposed on the direct-current, repeated charging and discharging through the capacitors C1 and C2 according to the alternating-current signal is prevented by the diodes 12d and 14d.
